2. Ministry Services and Participation

• Program Rules: Participation in on-farm activities (e.g., workshops, volunteer days) requires adherence to all safety guidelines provided on-site.
• Event Liability: For on-farm events, participants may be required to sign additional liability waivers to address inherent risks associated with farm environments.

3. Donations and Payments

• Tax-Exempt Status: Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Soaring Chicken Farm Ministry is a [501(c)(3) nonprofit.
• Refund Policy: All donations are final unless otherwise specified. For program fees (e.g., event tickets), refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. 
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will receive a credit for a future date. No-shows are ineligible for a refund due to pre-purchased supplies and staffing.
  Ministry Cancellation: If we cancel an event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or a credit for a future date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, photos of the farm, and ministry materials—is the property of Soaring Chicken Farm Ministry and protected by copyright laws. You may use resources for personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes only, provided you keep all copyright notices intact.

5. User Conduct and Accounts

If you create an account on our site:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any reason, including violation of these terms.
