Welcome to Soaring Chicken Farm Ministry. By accessing our website at www.soaringchickenfarmministry.com or participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Ministry Services and Participation

• Program Rules: Participation in on-farm activities (e.g., workshops, volunteer days) requires adherence to all safety guidelines provided on-site.
• Event Liability: For on-farm events, participants may be required to sign additional liability waivers to address inherent risks associated with farm environments.

3. Donations and Payments

• Tax-Exempt Status: Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Soaring Chicken Farm Ministry is a [501(c)(3) nonprofit.
• Refund Policy: All donations are final unless otherwise specified. For program fees (e.g., event tickets), refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. 

4. Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees and tuition reserve your child’s space in our programs. Due to limited enrollment capacity and the preparation required for each class, camp, and activity, cancellations are subject to the policies below.

Program Cancellations by Family

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Refund eligibility varies by program type and the timing of the cancellation request.
• Once a program begins, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Missed classes due to illness, vacations, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances are not eligible for refunds or prorated tuition.

Transfers, Credits & Makeups

• Some programs may allow enrollment transfers to another child or family member with prior approval, provided the participant meets program requirements and any necessary forms are completed.
• Makeup opportunities, transfers, or credits may be offered when applicable and are subject to program-specific policies, availability, and approval.
• Makeup classes and credits must be used within the designated time-frame and do not carry over unless otherwise approved.

Program Changes or Cancellations by Soaring Chicken Farm

If a class, camp, or program must be canceled by Soaring Chicken Farm due to unforeseen circumstances (including severe weather, safety concerns, or instructor availability), we will make reasonable efforts to provide a rescheduled date, credit, or other appropriate resolution.

By registering for a program, families acknowledge and agree to these policies and understand that enrollment represents a commitment to the reserved space.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, photos of the farm, and ministry materials—is the property of Soaring Chicken Farm Ministry and protected by copyright laws. You may use resources for personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes only, provided you keep all copyright notices intact.

6. User Conduct and Accounts

If you create an account on our site:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any reason, including violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
